While we hope that you will love your new Ray Padula product, all new, unopened, and unused merchandise purchased on raypadula.com can be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund, less original shipping charges.

Returns for purchases with a valid proof of purchase made directly on raypadula.com will be refunded in full to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Any purchases made with a Ray Padula Gift Card will be refunded on a Ray Padula Gift Card, or raypadula.com online store credit, less original shipping charges. Original shipping charges will only be refunded in the event that the return is taking place as a result of an order error made by Ray Padula Holdings, unless your order was eligible and shipped with free shipping at the time of purchase.
