The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") provides that California residents may, subject to certain limitations:

1. Request the personal information we collect about you.

2. Ask that we delete the personal information we collect about you.

3. Opt-out of having their personal information sold. While we never share personal information with third parties in exchange for money, we disclose certain information in exchange for insights and other valuable services. California law treats such sharing as a "sale" even if no money is exchanged.

If you have an established business relationship with Ray Padula Holdings, you can request a notice by submitting your request to: Ray Padula Holdings, ATTN: CA Shine the Light Inquiry, 135 Pinelawn Rd, 230-S, Melville, NY 11747. You can also email support@raypadula.com, with the subject line "California Shine the Light Inquiry." Please allow up to forty-five (45) days to receive a response.
