To return new, unopened, unused merchandise within thirty (30) days of purchase, follow the steps below:
1. Contact Ray Padula Customer Support by calling 1-866-446-2063, or emailing email@example.com to request a return authorization number for your order.
2. Customer Support will provide you a Product Return Form. Please complete this form and include in the box with your returned product.
3. Carefully pack products, including all components, as well as the Product Return Form and ship to the return address noted on the Product Return Form. Please mark your order number on the outside of the box. Note: Ray Padula is not responsible for any product returned damaged during shipping. Please ensure products are packed securely.
4. Return the package using a prepaid, insured shipping with a trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, or another internationally recognized delivery service with tracking shipment information. Products being returned must be shipped with a trackable carrier. Note: Ray Padula is not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages that you ship back to us.
